When reporting a problem

• Your phone model and Android version
• The VideoPlayer version (Settings → About)
• The video’s format if you know it (for example MKV, HEVC, E-AC3) and where it came from
• A screenshot, if something looks wrong

Before writing, the tips may already have the answer — for example fixing a video with no sound or subtitles out of sync.
